Extreme Reading Competition for World Book Day 2016

7th Mar 2016

As part of our World Book Day celebrations in St Joseph's, an 'Extreme Reading' Competition was organised for P4-7 where the children had to get their mum or dad to take their photograph reading in an usual place. The children uploaded their photographs to a World Book Day Fronter Course for everyone to see. The entries were all fantastic - it was so hard to choose any winners! Children were reading in all sorts of 'extreme' places including the bath, in cars, in the swimming pool, playing sports, on holiday and even in their toy boxes!! Some children even uploaded photos of their younger brothers and sisters taking part in the challenge!

Well done everyone for taking part. We were amazed by how creative everyone was! Have a look at our 'Extreme Reading' photos in the Photo Gallery below.
