ICT
The upgrading of the computer suite in the school is now complete so fingers crossed this will ease a few problems! There are 20 computers in the suite, a data projector, two printers, a microscope and a scanner. All computers both in the suite and in the classrooms have internet access. We also now have wireless connections in the school which allow us to access the internet wirelessly in our classrooms to enhance the learning process. We have 9 new INCAS laptops as well as other laptops which can be used by children. Each user now has their own unique logon which is created by Northgate.
We are also very lucky this year as each class in the school now has an Interactive Whiteboard which is used to make learning more fun and interesting for the children.
Thanks to the Tesco computer for school vouchers we were able to purchase a digital movie camera, a digital camera and also replace the old Roamer and Pixie with Pro-bots and Bee-bots. These tokens have been a great help so thank you for donating them to us.
We were also able to purchase more ICT equipment for every classroom this year such as Digital Blue Cameras, Digital Cameras, Bee-bots and Pro-Bots.
